Proposed County budget cuts may eliminate some of our limited tools for discouraging nuisance and livability crimes. Please see the attached letter from the DA’s office for an actual list of the crimes that would no longer be prosecuted.
There will be a hearing on the County budget at their Commission Chambers (Hawthorne and Grand) on Wed June 2 from 6 to 8.
